Tools and Hardware Reviews of Westinghouse 03492 Nanolux 3-Watt G19 LED Bulb, ClearCustomer Review: A Night Light on Steroids Summary: 3 Stars
The title tells a lot. The color is around 6000Degrees Kelvin (blue white) The size is around that of a 25 watt incandescent.
Customer Review: Dim Blue Light Summary: 2 Stars
I bought these lights thinking I was going to save electricity over night, literally. I have a lamp post that turns on automatically with a photosensor and you can't use CFL. When I got these, I put them on the next day and nothing. You see this dim blue light in the globe of the lamp post but it doesn't light much. I need something brighter.
Customer Review: Ehhh..... pass. This is not the lightbulb you are looking for. Summary: 1 Stars
This product uses 3 watts and makes the equivalent of a 20-watt regular incandescent. ----- That's no big deal. I have a compact fluorescent bulb that is slightly higher in wattage (5) but also a lot brighter (25-watt equivalent) and with a much, much better color (it's pure white).
I'd suggest passing on this LED bulb and instead searching for the 5 watt compact fluorescent, because it's a superior product (costs less too; about $4 per bulb).
Customer Review: Look at "theLEDlight.com" for much better bulbs Summary: 1 Stars
You'll do much better with some A19 bulbs from TheLEDLight.com. They have bulbs that use 5W but are as bright as a 50-watt regular bulb. A19's have good light dispersion, and run much cooler and more efficiently than CFL's. After replacing the bathroom 8-bulb set & the living room main light, I'm saving 20% of my monthly electric bill.
Customer Review: A really dim bulb Summary: 1 Stars
I was resoundingly unimpressed by this bulb. I was expecting a 3 watt LED bulb to provide enough light to be a desk accent light. Unfortunately....the color was completely wrong (very blue) and so dim that its only viewable when used in complete darkness.
