I bought this product at Sams Club off the discount rack for $29.97 - was an open item but had all parts. Apologizes to all who paid $50+ for it. Bought it on a whim. Took me less than 10 minutes to install. Next week it snowed and the snow/ice froze over the solar panel but sure enough it worked that night & has worked just fine for the past few weeks. Very bright considering it runs on solar powered batteries. First solar powered light I have ever bought & will buy more (if I can find them at the same price). After I bought this, I've seen many reviews that talk about tons of problems with this light but apparently either Westinghouse got it fixed or I just got lucky. Either way, I'm satisfied.
