I've had my front load washer for about 2 - 3 years. A sample Affresh came with the washer. I've used one every time my reminder light came on ever since. My washer is clean and no odors. I don't know why people complain about having to use a cleaner with their washer. I have a first grader and I shudder to think of some of the messes that my washer has cleaned up for me over the years - use your own imagination.... I'd rather pay a little money to clean it up every once in a while than wash my clothes in a stinky machine.Customer Review: Mom of 7

My Bosch Washer and Dryer (HE) have been the best investment by far, but one mishap of leaving a wet load inside the washer prior to a week vacation, left a strong odor that would not go away. I was prepared to use all three tablets of the Affresh, but it only required one. The odor is completely gone and I am VERY happy with this product.
It did go against my thrifty nature to run an empty hot-water load, but that is what the directions read and it is a key component to successfully getting rid of the odor.

I used this for the first time after purchasing my new washer. It's preventative maintenance, like changing the oil in your car. I don't expect it would work miracles on a stinky washing machine. What's more, I read the owner's guide on the washer and always leave the door open a little after washing clothes in it. I haven't had a problem with odor yet, however since the washer is in the garage and we're heading into the summer months I don't know what to expect. I have been using Affresh in my Maytag washer about every 6 weeks for years. It works great every time. The only thing I have to do extra is take a paper towel or two and wipe out the washing machine tub after I run the Affresh through it. The reason is, the Affresh flushes all this dirt that has been hiding through out my washer. The whole washer smells clean after. I can't think of an easier way to clean and deodorize my washer! I am having a hard time finding it in stores so I was glad to find it on line.Customer Review: Keeping it clean!

I don't remember if this product is for the dishwasher or the washing machine. They make them for bother and the both do a remarkable job! The dishwasher tablets will clean the soap scum off of the stainless steel inside the dishwasher. It makes it look brand new. You may have to use 2-3 to get it totally fantastic, but each time you use it you will see an improvement. For the washing machine (front loading) it also does a super job refreshing the smells and keeping the tub clean and healthy!
