I purchased this product over a month ago, and have not received it, or have not been sent any sort of written communication about why I have not recieved the product. A week ago I sent an email to Amazon regarding the product, and apparently they will foward my email directly to the selling company...it has been a week and I have not recived any communication about why the product was not sent. It is very frustrating, especailly since I have already paid for it.

I didn't like this at all. It doesn't hang like in the picture. You have to balance the stuffed animals on it and if you try to remove one the rest fall off. Not good. I took it right down. I don't recommend.
