I ordered 3 of these, 1 for myself and the other two for coworkers.
One quit working after 30 minutes...returned
Another worked for about 3 weeks, does not work at all now.
So far the third is still going, although it only gets used 1 or 2 days a week. And yes, we did use distilled water. Tried changing the cartridge and the wick. No luck.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HUMIDIFIER!

WHAT a waste of money !!!. I suffer from dry nose and bought it.
- First: Never worked (and YES I followed the instructions)
- Second: I called them and they told me in two days you will receive a
replacement (that was 3 months ago)
- Third: They sent me an email with apologizes... but at the end still
lost my money because never got the replacement and the timeframe for a
refund already expired.

I bought this for my desk at work. There were a few negative comments about the product not working, but I thought mine would be different. Well it was not. This is a great concept; however, it only worked for about 5 minutes. I followed all of the troubleshooting suggestions, but nothing worked. I have already sent it back and am waiting for a refund. I received the humidifier in perfect condition and within days of ordering. No complaints about the service. However, this humidifier did not function. I followed the directions and nothing! I asked others to read and follow the directions to ensure it wasn't something I was doing wrong. Still nothing. I returned this item for a full refund.Customer Review: Windchaser

Tried to give it 0 stars. It stopped working after 1 day, and the company (Goodman's) has been difficult to get help from. Its a cute little thing with all sorts of stuff it its little kit. It just doesnt work.
