Customer Review: Looks good, but horrible Customer Service

This product is heavy and looks to be of very good quality. However I had an issue and it took 4 phone calls to Customer Service (the locksmith) with no returned call or resolution for me to return the product. I was transfered to the knowledge expert 2 times after being told that the person is at the desk and that they will resolve the issue. The call went to voice mail. 4 messages with no response. Good luck if you buy it, you are on your own.
The funny thing is that it states all over the packaging and directions to call for help. Yeah funny!!!
