I bought the product over the phone. Once your into their sales pitch you can't get out and they keep trying to sell you more and more. In aggrevation I just hung up. They sent me (5) sets and billed my Credit card for $102.00. They were very rude to talk to. Cost me $11.50 to send the JUNK back. It's taking forever to get credit back on my CC. Been over a month from my first contact with them. This product will give anyone who sells it a bad name.Customer Review: Seeing is NOT believing!!!

Don't waste your money!!...Two major problems with this kit are: 1. The blue edging tool (disc) is too rigid, does not easily bend and 2. The tube should have an extension tip for an easier application of silicone. You can't get the mouth of the tube close enough into the crack!! What a complete and total mess!! Unless you have the strength of an ox, extreme patience and a bunch of extra time to clean up the mess, this kit is not for you!Customer Review: Xpress Seal Pro Caulking Kit

This might be an ok product for $5, but for $20 it's overpriced! The pieces of plastic to spread the caulk are a lot stiffer than I expected and therfore do not conform to the tiles as well as I anticipated. It is also a lot more difficult to us than the advertisement wants you to believe.Customer Review: Not worth the money

Don't believe the TV ads. These items are inflexible, unforgiving, and take a far amount of practice to "get it right". No sooner do you finally feel comfortable with the product and you are finished with the task at hand. Save your money, I wish I had.Customer Review: waste ofoney

This product is worth maybe $5.00. Remover dulled after minutes into the first use. Caulk was only a "fair" in quality and the edgers are $2.00 worth of rubber. Would not ever buy again.
