Yankee Candle produces a series of scented candles. I have used the French Vanilla version. This "housewarmer candle" introduces a pleasant odor into the room. The scent is not over strong and, indeed, makes a positive impression.
It is not going to clean up unpleasant odors (not made for that), but it adds a sense of warmth in one's home.
