Poor quality, flimsy, doesn't fit the door properly so that each time the door is opened or closed the rack "clanks". Also, not really large enough to accomodate bath size towels. If you order this and are not satisfied and want to return it make sure you e-mail the seller (Denny and Kathy's Superstore) within 5 days of receipt of the item as per their return policy. I did not have time to even put it together that soon so I was not able to return it or I definitely would have.
