Tools and Hardware Reviews of Zenith Studio Accents Linen Tower, ChromeCustomer Review: Linen Tower Summary: 5 Stars
I used this tower in a narrow space in the bathroom to hold knick knacks and towels. I looks beautiful and expensive. Love the tempered glass shelves. It can be used anywhere.
Customer Review: Nice for small space Summary: 5 Stars
We have a small bathroom and were looking for something stylish, yet space-saving. This product did the trick and looks great with the rest of our chrome fixtures :)
Customer Review: Zenith Studio Accents Linen Tower, Chrome Summary: 4 Stars
ASIN B000MF5ZA8 - This set of shelves is great, but the misleading info on the listing earns it the removal of a star.
First, it arrived it a remarkably heavy package. The tempered glass shelves weigh more than the rest of the item put together. The package was not marked FRAGILE or marked in any way to indicate that there was glass inside. The shelves were carefully wrapped together; the only negative is that they were all packed together, putting all of the weight on one end of the box. More even weight-distribution would be a good idea.
The instructions are simple and, since most of what you have to do is repeat the same series of steps over and over, they're easy to follow. No tools are necessary, a huge bonus for those who don't own tools or use them with any skill. The result is an attractive and fairly sturdy set of shelves.
The deception is in this claim, from the item's product description: "High polished chrome". While there IS some chrome involved, a majority of what looks like chrome is really pretty, shiny plastic. I don't mind pretty, shiny plastic - I MIND being deceived.

Customer Review: Linen Chrome Tower Summary: 4 Stars
A nice glass and chrome tower for my bathroom for holding towels.
Customer Review: Don't get this. Summary: 1 Stars
After clearing a place to put this, I opened the box, read the directions and counted the pieces, all seemed there. Began assembly, starting with the feet. The feet are hollow, chrome coated plastic pieces, I thought I was getting something substantial for my money, this is expected to hold five shelves worth of stuff. Went ahead to start assembly, the parts did not fit together as instructed.
Decided to send it back, first contacted Ace Hardware, from where it shipped, they said to contact Amazon, who said to contact "Buy [...]", who is the apparent original seller of the item, even though the invoice says "opa-locka hardware".
If you buy from Amazon, you should be able to return it to Amazon, not have to go through a maze of "nobody wants this cheap piece of junk back"!
