Description of Invisible English Plate Hanger Disc-3 Inch for Plates 6 to 8 Inches in Diameter
These plate hangers are wonderful. They work by solidly adhering to the surface of the back of the plate and are easily removed with warm water. The disc plate hanger also has excellent adhesion to unvarnished wood and hardboard. It is ideal for hanging plates, tiles, metal/tole trays, ceramic art, studio pottery plates, fused glass plates, small pictures and 3D objects of many sizes. They have been used successfully for decades in England and have finally made their way here to the US. The disc can be trimmed to fit the shape of your unique piece. The discs should not be used when you want to preserve a paper label on the plate. I have all the sizes listed for sale here in Amazon. These discs have worked exactly as described. I used them to hang small plates that my kids made at a paint-your-own-pottery place. I followed the directions exactly and the plates have been hanging securely for nearly two months. I like that the hardware is hidden.
