This is a small garbage can that has a removable liner. It also fits the plastic bags you get at all the stores now, but it is small. It came well packaged and quickly. I use this for tissues in my bedroom so I don't mind the small size. It was the cheapest one at Target. I am the only one who likes it because I only use it for tissues. Get a bigger one if your needs are bigger than for tissues.
