I tuck a plastic shopping bag into the inner can to line it - it sticks out a bit so I just make sure to use a white plastic bag (from Target) so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.
It's a great size - it doesn't look huge, but we can fill up that entire plastic bag, which means fewer trips to the trash chute. The profile design is a bit awkward, but I ended up finding a place next to our toilet that works.
