This little trashcan is perfect for the kitchen scraps going to the composter outside. It's not as overwhelming as some of the countertop cans -- pretty invisible on the counter. This is nice solid can. You can use small bags in the store in it. It's big enough to hold the waste from the bathroom and that's about it. It won't hold my mouth wash bottle but that should be recycled anyway. The lid is nice and strong.

The Simplehuman countertop Trash Can is the greatest thing ever made. Great for when you are prepping food (like onions, strawberries,etc.) When making coffee, all those annoying sugar packets. Now they just go into the little trash can. Love it!!!!!Customer Review: good looking little can

Looks good on the counter, stays clean and just the right size I was looking for. If you put used tea bags in it I suggest putting a couple of paper towels to absorb the liquid to stay cleaner, when it gets full dump the entire contents.Customer Review: Perfect, compact countertop trash can!

We use this compact little trash can next to our single serve coffee maker. It's perfect for the used discs and for sweetener wrappers. My husband loved to leave wrappers on the counter until I finally bought this trash can. Love it!
