Customer Review: Using Soft Soap Have Had No Problems

I've been using this for about 2 months and have not had any problems. No leaks. The soap comes out great. The 4 adjustable setting work. I use setting 2. I'm using the white Soft Soap that you can buy anywhere. I pressed the primer button that the directions tell you to press before you ever use it. Hard to imagine all these people having all these problems. I'm going to buy another one and if either breaks I'll be sure to update this review.Customer Review: 4 years later - still love it!

After 4 years, this still works flawlessly. No issues as reported here except when either the soap level is very low, or the batteries are dying. Replace the batteries & works like a champ again.
Hoping to find these on sale as X-mas gifts - especially after seeing 2 cooks struggle with how to clean their hands after "hands-on" turkey prep for Thanksgiving!!

I purchased two of these hands-free dispensers and have not had a moment's trouble with either of them. After owning them for a month, I wonder how we ever lived without them. The one in my kitchen is especially useful after working with raw meats. However, I can't understate the importance of the second dispenser that is sitting in my children's bathroom!Customer Review: The best way to clean hands!

We purchased two of these (one first to try it, then back for a second). It works so well and there is nothing to touch to 'pump', 'squeeze', etc...when you have yucky hands. The amount dispensed can be changed - the soap is on a "2"....the sanitizer is on a "1". It looks sleek and I cannot think of any con with this product. I bought this soap dispenser a few months ago from Bed,Bath, & Beyond & have had no problems with it at all. I believe you need to use a soap on the thicker side instead of thinner cheap stuff. I have used Bath & Body Works soap and it has been fine. I have bought them as gifts also. I think it is a unique innovative item to have in your home.
