This does what it says it will do - buffs up the stainless. Very useful (especially because the instruction mannuals for stainless steel appliances all say not to use paper towels because they will supposedly scratch the stainless. This mitt works great on cleaning smudges, fingerprints and other smears off my very expensive stainless steel refrigerator and other stainless in my kitchen. Very quick, easy and long lasting mitt. I bought this mitt for my mom to use on all of her stainless steel appliances. It works by just dampening one side with water, wiping, and drying with the other side. I use this all the time. I'm terrible at keeping streaks out of stainless steal but this improves my performance. Had to get my mom one too.
